Why I built it
Serious learners are stuck between cheap apps that forget everything and plateau you at A2, and $300–800/mo human tutors. And almost everything defaults to Brazilian Portuguese, which leaves European Portuguese learners underserved.
What it does
A voice-first tutor with real personality and long-term memory: casual conversation, gentle correction, a structured curriculum, a notebook, and a memory you can read and edit. Progress shown as a story of how far you've come, not points and streaks.
The bet
The model is the interface over a deterministic curriculum, a memory store, and a mastery model. Character and warmth, without making things up.
